Amendment and cancellation of licence granted under section 5
On the application of the patentee or of the licensee or of any person interested the licence granted under section 5 of this Act may be amended or cancelled by the Registrar on such terms and conditions as he may think fit, but before cancelling a licence the Registrar shall give a reasonable time to the licensee to cease working the invention if it appears to him that an immediate stoppage would cause serious damage to the licensee.
