Clause 21

All deeds, documents or other instruments requiring the seal of the Council shall be signed and sealed by the President and the General Secretary for the time being or by such other person or persons as the Board shall from time to time appoint and such signing shall be sufficient evidence that the said seal was duly and properly affixed and that the same is the lawful seal of the Council.
