Clause 3

Incorporation of the Council

(1)

There is hereby established in Singapore a body to be known as “the Singapore Council of Social Service”.

(2)

The Council shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and perform such acts or things incidental or appertaining to a body corporate.
