Clause 7

Any person, firm, corporation or organisation which subscribes an annual sum of not less than twenty-five dollars to the Fund may, in the absolute discretion of the Council, be admitted to be an Associate of the Council for the year of such subscription.

Such Associates may elect from among themselves a number not exceeding two to represent them on the Council. Such elected associate members shall be entitled to attend meetings of the Council and of the Board and shall have a right to vote on any issue in such meetings except that of election of members of the Board.
