Clause 2

Section 7 of the Pensions Ordinance, 1956, is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (i) of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(i)in the case of a female officer appointed to the public service on or after the 1st day of July 1956, or re-appointed after resignation on account of marriage, with the consent of the President, on or after attaining the age of fifty years.”.
