Power of court to vary existing judgments or orders when goods are re-possessed
In any legal proceedings in relation to a hire-purchase agreement, after the owner has taken possession of the goods, the court before which the proceedings are brought may vary or discharge any judgment or order of the court against the hirer for the recovery of money so far as is necessary to give effect to the provisions of section 17 of this Act.
