Clause 41

Any time prescribed by this Act for the service or giving of any notice or other document or for the commencement of proceedings may, on an application made to a District Court (either before or after the expiration of that time but after notice to the other party to the hire-purchase agreement), be extended by such Court for such further period, and upon such conditions, as the Court thinks fit.
