Clause 14

If, in the opinion of the Commissioner or a Medical Officer of Health, there is reasonable ground for suspecting that any person is in possession of information relating to the propagation of disease-bearing insects or of the occurrence of disease due to disease-bearing insects, the Commissioner or the Medical Officer of Health may require that such information be produced to him.

Any person who refuses, fails or neglects to comply with any requisition made in pursuance of subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
