Clause 22

Penalty for obstructing Commissioner, etc

Any person who obstructs the Commissioner or a Medical Officer of Health or a public health auxiliary or any person engaged in carrying out the provisions of this Act in any act authorised by or under this Act shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
