Clause 101
Authority may provide cemeteries and crematoria
(1)
The Government may provide suitable places to be used as public cemeteries and crematoria and shall make proper provisions for maintaining the same.
(2)
The Commissioner may, with the approval of the Authority, issue licences for such period as he thinks fit for the establishment of cemeteries and crematoria and may attach thereto such conditions as he may think fit.
