Chief Building Surveyor may consult Commissioner as to sanitary conveniences
(1)
The Chief Building Surveyor may, before approving any plans and specifications submitted to him in respect of any new building pursuant to section 52 of the Local Government Integration Ordinance, 1963 (Ord. 18 of 1963), consult the Commissioner as to whether the sanitary conveniences for such building are adequate and satisfactory and, insofar as is possible, give effect to any advice in connection therewith as may be tendered by the Commissioner.
(2)
Where any advice is tendered by the Commissioner under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, the Chief Building Surveyor shall inform the Commissioner as to whether or not such advice is accepted, and if such advice is not accepted he shall state the reasons therefor.
