Replacement of latrines by toilets
Where a building has a sufficient water supply and a sewer available, the Commissioner may, in his discretion, by notice in writing to the owner of the building require that any latrine or chemical closet provided for or in connection with the building shall be replaced by one or more toilets as he may deem necessary.
