Commissioner may require employers to provide mess rooms, etc.
The Commissioner may, in his discretion, by notice in writing require any employer to provide for his employees, if in the opinion of the Commissioner the conditions or circumstances under which such employees work so warrant, suitable and sufficient facilities by way of mess rooms, rest rooms, canteens or changing rooms or to improve upon the same if the Commissioner considers the existing facilities inadequate.
