Clause 86

The Commissioner may in his discretion at any time suspend or revoke any licence granted under subsection (1) of section 85 of this Act:Provided that if such licence is suspended or revoked except on the ground of the licensee having contravened any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder or any of the terms or conditions imposed by the Commissioner under the said subsection, the Government shall be liable to make compensation to the licensee for the loss to which such suspension or revocation subjects him.
