Corpse of person dying of infectious disease
(1)
No licensee of any funeral parlour shall receive the corpse of any person who has died of any of the infectious diseases set out in the Third Schedule to this Act without the permission in writing of a Medical Officer of Health.
(2)
The Medical Officer of Health may, in his discretion, refuse to grant permission for such corpse to be received into a funeral parlour, or may grant permission for such corpse to be so received subject to such terms and conditions as he may think fit.
