Clause 99

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of subsection (1) of section 96, subsection (1) of section 97 or section 98 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.
