Clause 13

Section 13 of the Singapore Family Planning and Population Board Act, 1965 (Act 32 of 1965), is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Act” appearing at the end of paragraph (d) of subsection (2) thereof the expression “and for providing such facilities as it thinks fit for pregnant women seeking treatment to terminate a pregnancy under the provisions of the Abortion Act, 1968, to have advice, guidance and medical examinations in relation to such treatment”.
