Clause 15

No registered medical practitioner shall be liable civilly or criminally for carrying out treatment to terminate a pregnancy authorised by the Board under this Act or permitted by virtue of the provisions of subsections (3) and (5) of section 5 of this Act unless such treatment was carried out in a negligent manner.

No liability shall attach to the Board or the Government in respect of any authorisation given for treatment to terminate a pregnancy under this Act.
