by deleting the marginal note thereto;

by inserting immediately before subsection (1) thereof, the following new subsections: —“Appointment of committees of the Board, and delegation of its powers(1) The Board may appoint such committees consisting of such number of members of the Board as it thinks fit for any purposes which, in the opinion of the Board, would be better regulated and managed by means of such committees.(2) The Board may, subject to such conditions or restrictions as it thinks fit, delegate to such committees all or any of the functions required to be performed by the Board under this Ordinance, except the power to make regulations, prescribe or levy dues and rates and borrow money.”; and

by renumbering existing subsections (1) and (2) thereof as subsections (3) and (4) respectively.
