Clause 17
Budget
The Corporation shall in every year cause to be prepared in a form to be approved by the Minister a budget to be forwarded to the Minister not later than the 15th day of August containing estimates of income and expenditure of the Jurong Town Corporation Fund for the ensuing year —
(a)
on capital acount;
(b)
relating to the management and maintenance of industrial sites, housing and ancillary services; and
(c)
relating to the execution of its powers, functions and duties.
