Clause 23

The Corporation shall, not later than the 31st day of July in every year, forward to the Minister a statement of accounts showing the income and expenditure on account of the Jurong Town Corporation Fund in the previous year and a balance-sheet, signed by the Chairman and the Financial Officer and certified by the auditor.

The annual statement and the balance-sheet referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall be published in the Gazette.
