Amendment of section 19
Section 19 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by renumbering the existing section as subsection (1); and
(b)
by adding thereto the following new subsection: —“(2) Except as provided in this Act a licensed finance company shall not carry on any kind of business other than financing business.”.
