by inserting immediately after the word “languages” appearing at the end thereof the words “not later than six months after the end of each financial year”; and

by inserting at the end thereof the following new paragraph: —“In this section, the expression “financial year” shall have the same meaning as is assigned to that expression in section 4 of the Companies Act, 1967 (Act 42 of 1967), except that for the word “corporation” therein there shall be substituted the words “finance company”.”.
