Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1969, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 1970.(2) Save as otherwise provided, this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1970 and subsequent years of assessment.
