Clause 2

Section 6 of the Income Tax Ordinance (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (8) thereof the following new subsection: —“(9) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the Comptroller may furnish to the Manager of the Central Provident Fund Board any information which may be required by the Manager of the said Board in the performance of his duties, or may permit such access to any records or documents as may be necessary for such purpose.”.
