Amendment of section 31

Section 31 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “other” appearing in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the word “lesser”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “an offence” appearing in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (b) thereof and substituting therefor the words “a lesser offence”.
