Clause 3

Subsection (3) of section 6 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Ordinance” appearing at the end thereof the words “and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding four thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine”.
