Clause 10

The Board shall issue to each registered surveyor, upon application by such surveyor in the prescribed form and on payment of the prescribed fee, a certificate of registration.

Every such certificate of registration shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, expire on the 31st day of December of the year in which it is issued and shall thereafter be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.

This section shall not apply to a Government surveyor registered under this Act.
