Clause 14

Every person who is dissatisfied with any decision of the Board relating to an application by him for registration, or to the removal of his name from the register, or to his suspension from practice, or to the imposition on him of any penalty, may, within thirty days after notice of the decision has been communicated to him by the Secretary, appeal to the High Court whose decision thereon shall be final.
