Clause 26

prescribing forms of application and certificates of registration under this Act;

prescribing the fees payable under this Act;

prescribing the subject matter of examinations to be conducted by or under the direction of the Board in the case of applicants or class of applicants for registration;

prescribing the form of the register to be kept and the particulars to be entered therein;

prescribing the fees to be charged in connection with title survey and the time for payment of such fees;

regulating the preparation and making of title survey;

prescribing a code of professional conduct and ethics;

regulating the disciplinary proceedings of the Board; and

generally providing for such other matters as may be necessary or expedient for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
