Clause 7

Repeal and re-enactment of section 14

Section 14 of the Ordinance is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Rules and orders to be presented to Parliament

14. All rules and orders made under section 11, 11A or 12 of this Ordinance shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.”.
