Clause 2

Subsection (1) of section 3 of the Local Government Integration Ordinance, 1963, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the definition of “street works” appearing therein the following new definition: —“ “trade effluent” means the water-borne waste of any trade, business or manufacture;”.
