Clause 61
Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar
(1)
The President may, on the recommendation of the Chief Justice, appoint a Registrar, a Deputy Registrar and an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court.
(2)
No person shall be appointed to be or to act as the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar unless he is a qualified person as defined in section 2 of the Legal Profession Act, 1966 (Act 57 of 1966).
