Clause 73

All writs, summonses, warrants, orders, notices and other mandatory processes to be used or issued by the Supreme Court shall be expressed to be issued by the Chief Justice; and every such writ, summons, warrant, order, notice and other mandatory process shall bear the seal of the Court.
