Jurisdiction where title in question
Where, in an action in a District Court, the title to any immovable property is in dispute, the District Court shall have jurisdiction to try the action if all the parties to the action agree, by a memorandum signed by them or their respective solicitors; but, if any party does not agree, the party not agreeing shall apply to the High Court to transfer the action to the High Court.
