Amendment of section 3
Subsection (1) of section 3 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “ten” appearing in the fourth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “eight”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “fifty” appearing in the last line thereof and substituting therefor the word “forty-five”.
