Amendment of section 103

Section 103 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “Treasury” appearing at the end of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “Consolidated Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “Treasury” appearing at the end of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the words “Consolidated Fund”.
