Clause 28

Section 352 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the expression “Commissioned Officer on full pay in the naval service of Her Majesty, or Commissioned Officer on full pay in the military service of Her Majesty” appearing in the fifth, sixth and seventh lines of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “or commissioned officer on full pay in the armed forces”.
