Amendment of section 421
Section 421 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or any rule made under it” appearing in the third line of subsection (1) thereof; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or rule” appearing in the fifth line of subsection (2) thereof.
