Amendment of section 427
Section 427 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “of Her Majesty, whether in the employment of the Government of the Colony or not,” appearing in the second, third and fourth lines of paragraph (a) of subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the words “or employment of the Government”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “Colonial” appearing in the last line of subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Singapore”.
