Clause 34

Section 445 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the expression “of Her Majesty, whether in the employment of the Government of the Colony or not,” appearing in the third, fourth and fifth lines of paragraph (a) of the definition of “ship subject to this section” appearing in subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “or employment of the Government”.
