Amendment of section 12
Subsection (2) of section 12 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “within the Colony” appearing at the end of paragraph (a) thereof; and
(b)
by deleting the words “within the Colony while such ships are within the Colony” appearing at the end of paragraph (c) thereof and substituting therefor the words “in Singapore”.
