Amendment of section 19
Section 19 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “or under any written law in force before the first day of December, 1912,” appearing in the fourth and fifth lines thereof; and
(b)
by deleting the expression “the Federation of Malaya, Sarawak, North Borneo” appearing in the ninth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “Malaysia”.
