Clause 1
Short title, commencement and application
This Act may be cited as the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act, 1970, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) This Act shall not apply to any certificate issued under the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act, 1967, prior to the date of the coming into operation of this Act.

This Act may be cited as the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act, 1970, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

This Act shall not apply to any certificate issued under the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act, 1967, prior to the date of the coming into operation of this Act.
