New section 18A
The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 18 thereof the following new section: —“Application of section 9 to expanding enterprise18A. Section 9 of this Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to an expanding enterprise as it applies to a pioneer enterprise.”.
