Clause 18

Amendment of section 29

Subsection (1) of section 29 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the semicolon appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof the word “and”;

(b)

by deleting the expression “; and” appearing at the end of paragraph (c) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (d) thereof.
