Clause 14

The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 73 thereof the following new section: —“Inadequate bathroom facilities73A. If it appears to the Commissioner that any building or part thereof is without any bathroom or without adequate facilities for bathing, he may, by notice in writing to the owner of the building or of the part thereof, require him to provide the building or the part thereof with one or more bathrooms or with such facilities for bathing as the Commissioner may consider adequate.”.
