Amendment of section 111
Section 111 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the expression “Commissioner,” appearing in the second line thereof the expression “the Director,”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or required to do by virtue or in consequence of” appearing in the sixth line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “, employed or required to do by virtue or in consequence of or under”.
