Clause 22

Subsection (6) of section 122 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the words “may be recovered as hereinafter provided” appearing in the fourth and fifth lines thereof and substituting therefor the expression “the provisions of sections 159 to 166 of the Local Government Integration Ordinance, 1963 (Ord. 18 of 1963), shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to its recovery by the Commissioner”.
