Funds of the Institute
(1)
All monies received or raised by the Institute shall be controlled and administered by the Council subject to the directions of the Minister.
(2)
Such monies shall be devoted solely for the following purposes: —
(a)
the payment of the expenses of or connected with the administration of the Institute;
(b)
the payment of all expenses necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
